Following a significant rise in operating temperatures at a London data centre, urgent cooling infrastructure works were undertaken to safeguard critical operations and restore system stability. The scope included DACS fan maintenance, protective screen reinstatement, MSU replacement, and targeted mechanical upgrades across 360 units.

Delivered across three 12‑storey residential buildings comprising 267 apartments, this large-scale development involved the full installation of mechanical and public health infrastructure from initial build through to commissioning. Works included plant room construction, 18 risers, below‑ground gas and water services, steel pipework, testing, flushing, and final commissioning.

A coordinated gas safety and remediation programme was carried out across a varied Central London property portfolio to address compliance requirements and operational risk. This 11,000 sq ft office transformation within a prominent City of London building delivered a full Category B fit-out designed around modern workplace requirements. The programme included structural alterations, glazed partitioning, reception upgrades, M&E integration, bespoke finishes, and full building control sign-off.

Condensate drainage upgrades were carried out within a major Paris data centre to reduce water ingress risk and protect mission-critical infrastructure. The project included new copper condensate pipework, FCU drip tray assessments, leak detection measures, high‑level access works, testing, and commissioning.

As part of a fast-track commercial programme, extensive mechanical infrastructure works were delivered at Tower Place to support environmental control across the building. The installation included 504 fan coil units, chilled water systems, SER rooms on every floor, cooling risers, lateral pipework, and roof‑mounted dry coolers.

A high-specification office reconfiguration was completed for a confidential banking client in the City of London, creating private working environments within an existing open-plan office. The project incorporated acoustic glazing, boardroom conversion works, ventilation upgrades, bespoke ceilings, lighting installations, and sound insulation measures throughout.

A phased metering upgrade programme was completed across a 19‑dwelling residential property in Kensington to modernise the existing gas infrastructure. Works included the installation of domestic gas meters, copper distribution pipework, individual ECVs, test points, tightness testing, purging, commissioning, and Gas Safe certification.

Within an occupied residential building in Camden, existing steel gas risers were replaced alongside internal pipework modifications and meter alterations. The programme included riser installation, meter relocation, MOB replacements, safe isolation procedures, testing, commissioning, and resident coordination throughout the works.

A new 28-outlet gas meter bank installation was delivered within a residential development in Redhill, connected to a 2‑inch main ECV supply. The project included welded header fabrication, barrel pipework installation, 900 metres of copper outlet runs, diamond core drilling, individual ECV installations, testing, purging, and final Gas Safe certification.

Gas infrastructure renewal works were undertaken across a major residential estate in Soho following the condemnation of the existing riser systems. The scope included scaffold access, removal of obsolete pipework, installation of new vertical and lateral gas services, domestic meter relocations, MOB replacements, testing, purging, commissioning, and resident liaison.

A multi-zone painting and decorating programme was delivered across live NHS clinical environments, including Urgent Care, Imaging, and Outpatients departments. The works were completed out‑of‑hours and incorporated strict infection control procedures, phased delivery, detailed finish matching, specialist access equipment, and clean‑site management protocols.

Approximately 125 external street lights across a London NHS hospital estate were replaced and recommissioned as part of a wider lighting infrastructure upgrade. The programme included LED conversions, rewiring, IP68 inline connectors, RCBO isolation, fuse carrier replacement, earth loop and insulation testing, working‑at‑height operations, and final certification.
