Semper Services delivered the complete mechanical and public health infrastructure for a major residential development in the Nine Elms district. The project involved installing core systems across three distinct residential buildings, each comprising 12 floors and totaling 267 apartments. Our team successfully managed the extensive core infrastructure to support heating, water distribution, and central energy systems.

Full plant room construction including shell & core
Complete plant room fit‑out and commissioning
Installation of 18 risers across three buildings
Installation of in‑ground gas and water infrastructure
Fabrication and installation of steel pipework
Testing, flushing, and commissioning of all mechanical and public health systems
