Project Overview

Semper Services contributed to the delivery of building services infrastructure within the Timberyard residential development. The project involved supporting the installation of mechanical and public health systems across five residential buildings containing 251 apartments, forming the backbone of the development’s heating, water distribution, and energy infrastructure.

Scope of Works

  • Mechanical and Public Health installation

  • Shell and core systems across five blocks

  • Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) distribution

  • Boosted cold water distribution systems

  • CAT 5 services infrastructure
