Project Overview

We completed the replacement and refurbishment of the steel riser system within a medium-rise residential development, enhancing the integrity and efficiency of the building's services infrastructure. This complex gas infrastructure project required precise coordination to execute critical upgrades within occupied residential environments, ensuring safety and compliance throughout.

Scope of Works

  • Installation of 504 fan coil units (FCUs)

  • Installation of critical chilled water system

  • Services Equipment Room (SER) on every floor

  • Critical cooling riser systems and lateral pipework

  • Prefabricated mechanical pipework systems

  • Installation of roof-level air source dry coolers
