Semper Services delivered a sophisticated oce t-out for a major blue-chip banking client in the City of London. The project involved the redesign and reconguration of existing oce space to incorporate high-specication private oces within an open-plan environment, focusing on acoustic privacy and seamless integration with existing building services.

Scope of Works

• Creation of 2 new private oces within open plan area

• Conversion of boardroom into 2 additional private offices

• Installation of acoustic glass partition surrounds

• Mechanical ventilation upgrades & new FCU installation

• Power and lighting system upgrades

• Bespoke ceiling grids, fabric nishes & sound encapsulation
