The project focused on improving the reliability and performance of core water infrastructure systems, requiring precise coordination to execute complex mechanical and public health upgrades within a live construction site environment involving multiple trades.

Scope of Works

  • Replacement of main incoming water supply

  • Removal of copper pipework; installation of brazed systems

  • Renewal of risers & installation of additional risers

  • Installation of sanitaryware throughout building

  • Upgrades to associated mechanical pipework infrastructure
