About the Role

Semper Services is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team in Central London.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings in central London. You will work closely with our engineering team, contract managers, and clients to ensure buildings remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a professional and supportive environment, with opportunities to learn new skills and grow with the company..

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out corrective works
• Complete small electrical installation and improvement works when required
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
• Accurately complete job reports and maintenance documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, building managers, and team members
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism at all times

Skills and Experience

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
• Experience working in commercial buildings or facilities management environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
