About the Role

Semper Services is looking for a Contract Support professional to join our team in Central London.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day delivery of facilities management and building services across our portfolio of commercial properties. You will work closely with contract managers, engineers, and clients to help coordinate maintenance activities, manage job reporting, and ensure smooth communication between all parties.

This role plays an important part in ensuring contracts are delivered efficiently and that communication between clients, engineers and management teams remains clear and effective.

This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to learn and grow within the company.

• Supporting administration and coordination across maintenance contracts and engineering services

• Working closely with engineers, contract managers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Support contract managers with the coordination of maintenance works
• Schedule planned and reactive jobs for engineers
• Maintain job records and update maintenance systems
• Raise purchase orders and track supplier invoices where required
• Assist with preparation of client reports and monthly service reports
• Maintain compliance records including service certificates and documentation
• Assist with preparation of quotations, reports, and documentation
• Communicate with clients, building managers, and internal teams
• Track job progress and ensure updates are provided where required
• Support compliance documentation and service reporting
• Help ensure a high standard of service delivery across all contracts

Skills and Experience

• Experience in facilities management, property services, or administration
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with maintenance or job management systems is an advantage
• Experience working within commercial property or facilities management environments
